The website says it's in stock, but is it really in stock?

Yes! If it says it's in stock, it really, honestly is in stock. All stock information on the website is updated in real-time to reflect stock in our warehouse. This means anything you order will always be in stock and available for dispatch.

If I order now, when will I receive my order?

Our dispatch cut-off time is 3pm Mon-Fri. This means if you place your order at 2.59pm Mon-Fri, we guarantee we'll dispatch it the same day, excluding Bank Holidays.
If you choose Standard Delivery, your order should take 1-3 working days to arrive, but can take up to 21 days on rare occasions. If you choose Next Working Day delivery, your order will arrive on the next working day after the dispatch day. This means if it was dispatched on Tuesday, you should receive it Wednesday. If it was dispatched on Friday, you should receive it the following Monday, excluding Bank Holidays.

How do I add items to my shopping cart?

You can add items to your shopping cart by either using our search engine to find the item(s) that you wish to purchase or by browsing through our categories and/or our website. Once you find an item(s) you'd like to buy, simply hit the "BUY NOW" button closest to the item(s) you are interested in to add the selected item(s) to your shopping cart. At this point, you can change the quantity of items you'd like to order, delete an item, empty the shopping cart, continue shopping, or check out.

How can I delete an unwanted item from my shopping cart?

You can delete an unwanted item from your shopping cart by clicking the "REMOVE" icon located within the shopping cart at the bottom of each row.

Is the ordering process secure?

YES! Our website uses the latest 128-bit encryption technology to protect your personal information. Our ordering process is totally secure from beginning to end.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Google Checkout and PayPal only.

Is my order subject to VAT or sales TAX?

All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the rate appropriate to the country of receipt, where within the EU, and are correct at the time of entering the information on to the system. The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus the delivery charge.

The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit or debit card company.

What is your return policy?

You can return unworn purchases via post within 30 days of receipt. This period starts at the moment you receive your parcel. Please return the goods in mint condition, originally packed. Kindly you return the parcel prepaid, otherwise we have to charge you the appropriate fee.


What Kind of delivery options do you offer?


We currently offer two delivery options: express delivery and standard delivery.

EXPRESS delivery: We aim to deliver all mainland UK express orders placed before 12pm on the next working day.

STANDARD delivery: We aim to deliver all mainland UK standard orders in 2-3 working days. However, sometimes deliveries may take longer.


How much do you charge for shipping and handling?


We use Royal Mail to deliver our standard and express UK and International orders.

Please note that delivery time for standard orders is currently 2-3 working days. If you would like to receive your order sooner, our express delivery service will get it to you the next working day if you order before midday

United Kingdom - 0.99 delivery charge for each item.

Australia - 1.98 delivery charge for each item.

Europe - 1.49 delivery charge for each item.

USA - 1.98 delivery charge for each item.

Rest of the world - 1.98 delivery charge for each item.

How do I get my tracking number?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email to the address you have provided us within 24 hours with the tracking information. If you need more information on your order please contact us by email for assistance. Please be advised that for security reasons, we can only email tracking information to the email address on file with your order.
