All orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri will be dispatched the same day, regardless of delivery method chosen, subject to stock availability and any security checks. Orders placed after 3pm during the week or at weekends are processed and dispatched the following working day. A working day is defined as Mon-Fri, not including Bank Holidays. We offer two delivery options for UK orders.

UK Orders, Standard Delivery
Free delivery for all UK orders. Delivery usually takes 1-3 working days, but may take up to 21 days on rare occasions. Standard delivery orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class recorded post.
Next Working Day Delivery
Our Next Working Day Delivery charge for the UK is £5.99. Next Working Day Delivery orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery or by courier, as appropriate. A working day is defined as Mon-Fri, not including Bank Holidays.
We use Royal Mail international post to deliver our International orders.
Important information about deliveries
Most deliveries will require a signature, so please make sure that there will be someone available at the delivery address to accept and sign for your parcel. Our courier will make one delivery attempt only, after which your parcel will be held at the local depot for collection.
Please ensure that you provide a correct and complete delivery address. If a parcel fails to be delivered due to an incomplete or incorrect address and is returned to us undelivered, we will not be able to re-send it. In those circumstances, we will refund your original payment minus your delivery charge. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by the provision of incorrect or incomplete addresses.
What does Next Day delivery mean?
Our courier guarantees a 98.5% rate of delivery within 24 hours. Unfortunately, this means that some 1.5% of orders will be delivered later than next day. If this happens, please be patient and give them one more day.
My order is late, what should I do?
If your order was dispatched by Standard Delivery, please allow 12 working days before contacting us. If it has not arrived after that period, please contact us stating your order number and we will investigate immediately. Please note that we will need to wait 21 days before being able to trace, replace or refund lost items.
If your order was dispatched by Next Working Day Delivery, please allow up to 2 working days for it to arrive. If by the end of the second working day you still don't have your order (this is extremely rare), please contact us stating your order number and we will investigate immediately.
Please note that although our couriers will make every effort to deliver to you promptly, adverse weather conditions may cause unavoidable delays.
In a hurry?
If you need something in a hurry, we can offer a range of priority delivery services, including before 10am and Saturday deliveries. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
UK non-mainland deliveries
If you're having your order delivered to somewhere far away from us, such as Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands & Islands, the Scilly Isles, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands, you will still only be charged the standard rate - we don't see why we should charge you more just because you live a long way from us.
However, please expect your order to take a few extra days to reach you.
Please note that some very heavy or bulky items will be subject to an additional charge. If there are any items on your order that fall into this category, we will contact you before your order is processed.
